This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and protect the personal data of the Platform’s users and of the customers who use our automation and artificial intelligence services (the "Services").

SignalCore acts:

  • As data controller, with respect to the data of users who visit our website, register or interact with our site.
  • As data processor, with respect to the data our customers manage within the platform (messages, emails, contacts, conversations, etc.). In this case, the customers are the data controllers and SignalCore processes the data solely on their instructions.

Personal data we collect

We may collect the following categories of data:

  • a. Contact data: name, company, email address, telephone and job title.
  • b. Account data: access credentials, language, time zone, preferences.
  • c. Operational data: messages, emails, call logs, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Email interactions, etc.
  • d. Technical data: IP address, browser, device, logs, cookies and analytics.
  • e. Billing data: payment method, transaction history, applicable taxes.

Sensitive data or third-party data processed within the automated workflows are the responsibility of the customer who enters them into the platform.

  • Provision of the service: creating accounts, configuring AI agents, managing integrations and communication channels.
  • Performance of contracts: maintenance, technical support, invoicing and collection of payments.
  • Product improvement: usage analysis, development of new features and correction of errors.
  • Commercial communications (opt-in): sending information, updates or promotions.
  • Legal compliance: tax obligations, audits or requests from competent authorities.

Legal basis for the processing

  • Performance of a contract (use of the SignalCore service).
  • Compliance with legal obligations.
  • Legitimate interest in improving and protecting the platform.

Data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described or while an active contractual relationship exists. Once that relationship ends, the data will be kept blocked for the retention periods required by law or until definitive erasure is requested.

SignalCore implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against loss, alteration, unauthorized access or disclosure, including encryption, access control, backups and periodic audits.

Where data is transferred outside the UAE or the European Economic Area, appropriate protection measures will be guaranteed in accordance with the standard contractual clauses or equivalent agreements.

Sub-processors and authorized third parties

In order to provide the Services, SignalCore may rely on technology providers (for example, OpenAI, Google Cloud, Vapi, ElevenLabs, Meta, or Twilio). All of them act as sub-processors, under contracts that guarantee confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

SignalCore may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any amendments will be published on this page together with the date of the update. Continued use of the platform after such updates will imply acceptance of the changes.
