Scale, at €497 a month, includes 300 credits, unlimited sub-accounts, private Discord and 1:1 onboarding. Enterprise is built to fit your case.
Starter is designed to get you going: 30 credits, 2 sub-accounts, Instagram, voice and WhatsApp, with white-label. Growth adds email, 10 sub-accounts and priority Discord, which is why it is the usual choice for agencies running several clients. Scale is the volume jump: 300 credits, unlimited sub-accounts, private Discord and 1:1 onboarding.
Yes. With annual billing the effective monthly price drops versus paying month to month: Starter works out to €58 a month (€697 a year), Growth to €166 a month (€1,997 a year) and Scale to €275 a month (€3,300 a year). It is the recommended option if you already know you will use the platform all year round.
There is no lock-in. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime from the dashboard itself and you are not billed the following month. With annual billing you pay for the year up front in exchange for a lower price, and when the period ends you freely decide whether to renew, switch plans or leave the service with no penalty.
Credits are the platform’s usage unit: your agents’ conversations and actions spend credits depending on the channel and how much you use them. Starter includes 30 credits a month, Growth 100 and Scale 300. If your business regularly needs more, you can move up a plan or ask for an Enterprise proposal sized to your real volume.
Enterprise is a custom plan for companies and agencies with volume needs or special integrations. It includes custom development, advanced integrations across every channel and a dedicated account manager. There is no fixed price: it is quoted for your case.
